It hardly seems possible but it's now less than 24 hours until we get on the plane for Blighty.I guess we're at that point where things that haven't been done aren't going to get done.
Thankfully our Roadshow presentation is all finished, though that hasn't stopped me from checking it every few minutes to make sure it still works. Must switch tablet off!
This trip back to Blighty is our most exciting ever for a really simple reason. Whatever we've been doing previously we've always been square pegs in round holes in so far as the churches we've been serving really haven't embraced our ministry and rather than send us off with their blessing they've been glad to see the back of us. The joy of this trip is that with Tree of Life Church we're square pegs in square holes and the whole church is excited for us and supportive of us. That is a refreshingly sweet feeling and it only took 10 years to get there!
The prayers amongst Tree of Life for us have been of a similar nature and have lined up closely with some prophetic words spoken over us too so that just adds to the excitement. We also feel that we're going on a mission on behalf of Tree of Life rather than just leaving the church for a few weeks which is also a great feeling.
