Sometimes life does a full circle and today was one of those days as Paula caught up with a friend she made in her first few months in South Africa 2004. Nikki and her family subsequently moved to England in May 2006 and today was the first time they have seen each other since then. It was lovely to catch up and to meet new additions to the family!So strange to see friends in different contexts, but great to know that life is treating them well and that they are still going strong for God too. Really made us realise how much we miss people too though and was a good lesson in making sure we all really invest in people in our current situations to build up new friendships.
